I am not sure if that intended as the Logline for an existing movie, but there is a movie called Two night stand based on the concept. it is a mildly amusing romantic comedy.
Here is the movie Logline.
When a snowstorm trapped two people who hooked up via an online app into a tiny apartment, they are forced to get to know each other emotionally and to confront their real commitment issues.

Agreed with the rest - the dramatic stakes are unclear.
Stay, go, it's all very pedestrian relationship stuff.
What's unique about her situation that makes this story film worthy?

Good points made so far. She slept with the guy, so what does she see a few hours later that will supply her confrontation for the better half of a movie? Is he uglier in the day? Does he change his MO after he shags her? Was his penis unusually large and threatening so much that she needs to flee it before it comes calling again?

The blizzard isn't the nefarious one, so you must make him the one. The blizzard is just that, a blizzard. A phobic marriage counselor is a weird choice for a protag.
