When a fragile single girl wins a holiday vacation at 28, she has 3 weeks to go into a meaningful relationship or risk relapsing into depression

There is a disconnect between winning the cruise and falling into depression. After all, why not just take a best friend and try to meet a guy on the cruise?
-------------
"When she discovers her ex and his new wife will be taking the same cruise to the Bahamas, a depressed single girl has two weeks to find the perfect guy to pretend to be her date for the trip."
A 3 week vacation? What a great win! That alone should help with the depression.
Is the exact age important? Else maybe, ?fragile single woman?. The time-limit seems useful. Is that length of the vacation? Can you tell us more why this is her last chance against depression? We could always clearer, stronger stakes, and a more cutting incitive event, as variable said.
my take:
After winning a "couple's ticket to heaven", a depressed bachelorette has 3 weeks before the cruise, to make it work with one of her exes or face relapse.
