I thought "An elderly woman lies in a coma, when God grants her a second chance at redemption" has so many possibilities on so many levels for deep and philosphical drama (my weak spot) that it was intriguing.

But "?after she triggers world war 3" has no commection to the start and is (for me) unbeliveable.
