Tired of being told she doesn't take risks, a nerdy college student creates a math problem and proclaims she'll go on a date with the first student that solves it.

Feels like you are on the right track. With Zach's suggestion the logline does seem to flow and work better, but it still feels like it is missing something. I noticed your title is Emily and the Dragon. Perhaps we should get a feel for the dragon in the Logline. What happens when someone solves it? Is it the person she wanted or someone she least expected?

A rewrote your logline, I'm not saying it's better, but at least it's not filled with grammatical errors.

A humdrum college student is constantly being told she doesn't take enough risks, so she creates a math problem and proclaims the first person who solves it will be her next date.
