I like it. It seems like robin hood types. But I am only seeing a situation. I'd like to know what he wants and what's stopping him from getting it.

This sounds like a concept, but needs a few more details before it's really a logline or a story. You've got the action - they navigate the dating world - but as Richiev and mmckean say, to what end? What is the goal? And what are the stakes should they fail?
It's also tough to have three lead characters. Is there one of the characters who goes on more of a journey than the others? (For instance, the Hangover follows three guys, but the story arc and resolution are entirely Phil's - he's the one who learns to stand up to his wife by the end of the film). Who is your protagonist?
Finally ... what kicks their adventure into gear?

Philanthropic con men? This sounds like a hard story to write, if you haven't done so already. Need to state what they are trying to get -- their end goal. Good luck :)
