A group of strangers volunteering for a program where they have their skin color removed discover that beauty truly comes from within.

I think this could work as a two header - maybe two participants have their skin swapped?
And yes, like Claire above mentioned, the theme and genre needs to be crystal.
Keep working on it because the idea is there.
This is an intriguing concept but it's a little too vague. Is this set in the future? Who is the main protagonist? Is it comedy or sci-fi? I couldn't tell.
Agreed with Karel. The lack of conflict or obstacle in the logline, and potentially the story idea, would be overcome if the audience is looking from the perspective from one subject of the experiment, meaning that they would have their own sets of circumstances they come from and preconceived notions to overcome.
I imagine that we, the audience, would definitely want to have a very close vantage on the reaction to someone having lost their skin color, and the reactions of the world at large (assuming they are released back into the regular world. Or is this somewhere in a weird, isolated lab? Something to clarify and think on.)
