uDawnWrite has raised a good question. What is the genre? It needs to be unequivocally clear.

And if there's a love potion, I'd expect a love story. If there is one, do include it in the logline.

Finally: surely the scientist has a specific goal with the love potion (uDawnWrite wanted to know the purpose of it, too). Once his name is cleared, what does our scientist want to achieve with it?

I'm assuming this is a Romantic Comedy, or at least a Comedy. So is the love potion going to bring piece and harmony among bickering countries, and is that the reason why the FBI is after the Scientist? This is what I gather from the logline, which sounds very interesting.

It takes a moment for it to sink it, but then BAM! OMG! That is hilarious!
