Thanks for sharing your logline of Split.? It appears that the main character is the man with the multiple personalities, not the women. So the logline should reflect the main character and his goal. The kidnapping of the women appears to be the inciting event. You'd want to something more along the line of : When one of his 23 personalities kidnaps three women, a ?...

The concept of dealing with a multiple personality Psychotic could be interesting, however, the logline needs to be streamlined in its wording.

Why three girls? Can you make it one? The concept would likely work just as well, and allow the reader to focus their attention on one MC.

For example:
After a [good description] girl is kidnapped by a multiple personality man, she must work with the sympathetic personality of her captor to fight the psychotic one.
