As Richiev said.

And I'm not even sure what the dramatic problem is. "Deadly secret" tells me nothing.

And "spirals out of control" -- well, to one degree or another, that's supposed to happen in every movie, isn't it? If nothing spins out control, if there's no inciting incident, no force majeure to shake up the comfy or confining status quo, then there is no plot, right? And if the protagonist is always in control of his situation, then where's the suspense?

So there are thousands of scripts being written every year in which events "spin out of control". What's unique, what's fascinating, what is must-read about the "spin" in this script? HOW, specifically, does the weekend getaway spiral out of control and what MUST the protagonist do about it? And what's at stake -- what does the protagonist stand to lose if he fails?

Like your first attempt, you haven't given your lead character a goal. You haven't told us what he must do.
