I love the idea, I think what should be included in the logline is what he must do to break the spell.

In stories?with spells, there are usually 2 structures,
-How to?reach the goal even with the spell (Liar liar: he need to win the case?telling only the thruth). In you case, how to shoot a porno without an erection.
-How to break the spell, in this case you should give a lead about what the plan is... what happens in the movie?

And I don't see how the stakes have to be --or can be -- the biggest shoot of his life.? It seems to me that the stakes are sufficient he's lost the "love of his life" and the means to do what he does best -- in fact the only thing he's any good at,? his? money maker.
