You have a lead character: immigrant boy
You have a goal: Needs to pee
You have conflict: language barrier prevents him

However, you still have to ask yourself, will an audience want to watch a two-hour movie about a boy needing to pee.

That being said, if this is a 2-minute short film I think it could work.
