I don't think you should worry at all about the title. If people don't like it, it'll get changed at some later date. For now, it's striking and memorable.

I think we need to know why she wants him dead, and why sleeping her way through Hollywood is going to accomplish that. Why is she killing him at the premiere?

Yeh, not sure about the motivation here. Sounds like it could be more of a horror. If she kills the men she sleeps with in her attempts to get to him. Not sure why she has become so disturbed either. Is it something he did to her? The fact he was the reason she became an actress isn't clear.
