If it is common knowledge and important to the story, I would add that the protagonist isn't quite human in the logline. (If it doesn't add too many words)

If it's a big reveal I wouldn't.

This is why I'm posting here.. Thanks for the insight! I'm having a lot of trouble distilling down this story to the basics. Maybe you have an opinion.. IF my main character isn't human (but very similar) do I need to state that in the logline?
