An insecure prison doctor cooks up misfortune for inmates when she discovers a desire to care for burn victims.

The doctor will need at least one redeeming characteristic because other wise she is a nasty person with no clear motivation other wise give her a noble reason perhaps she is experimenting to find a miracle burns treatment.

This sounds like an intresting concept and you have a good main character, but to make it a better logline it needs three things:

1. An inciting incident: what happens that makes her discover that desire? Whats gets the story starting?
2. A clear goal for the main character.
3. A main action: what must the doctor do to reach her goal?
