An escaped convict and the corrupt cop who killed his wife simultaneously pursue each other, both with their own definition of justice in mind..

Cross Fire
This has a great hook which could perhaps live as just the first part - An escaped convict and the corrupt cop who killed his wife simultaneously pursue each other; but the second part doesn't really add much other than their implied sense of justice.
Maybe you could add a twist, or some kind of irony - perhaps something that stands between them?
Does the cop have to be corrupt? Does that make them both anti-heroes?
I like the title too.
