Hey, thanks for answering!

Yes, the Empress is the protagonist, yet I haven't seen her as a wicked witch, which means I've been re-writing a lot. The story is meant to be a web-comic, so she still won't be a sweet princess, but I'll relax the villainess of her character.

Thanks again!

Hi,

Agree with the above. She sounds more like a wicked witch type character who wants to start a war - in which case who is going to bring her down/your protagonist?

If alternatively she is intended to be the protagonist you might need to word it differently.

Is the Empress your protagonist, or antagonist? if she is your protagonist, I don't understand what her goal is - besides withholding vital medical knowledge from people who need it. If that is the case, then you've got a serious problem with audience empathy with your character, I would imagine.
