Yep. Nailed it.
No need for a why, who they are, inciting incident. You have told the story which is exactly what a logline is supposed to do.
Cool. This could work as a comedy as well.
btw, if you have never watched any of "The Masters of Horror" shows, they are very good. I definitely?recommend?watching them if you can find them.
My favorite is called "Incident on and off a mountain road" And it involves a woman whose car breaks down in the middle of nowhere.
She is stalked and attacked by a "Friday the Thirteenth, Jason" type character. Who has set all kinds of traps in the area where she is being chased.
However, she has just left her abusive husband who was a survivalist. While he was very abusive he taught her how to survive and she uses those skills in a cat and mouse like game with the killer; each getting the upper hand at different points of the story.
The lead actress was great, her name was Bree Turner. It was Directed by the guy who directed a horror movie called Phantasm.
There is even a bit of an ironic twist at the end.
