Furtherless: what has the alimony fight got to do with the rap war? Is the alimony fight bait to get him to L.A.? (which is legally dubious for reasons cited above). Or do the the alimony payments have something causally to do with the "fight for his life" -- he's on the verge of bankruptcy?
You might want to do some legal homework: if the divorce was granted in Canada, that's where the alimony payments have to be litigated. US courts have no jurisdiction. If she is an American, but the divorce was granted in Canada, it still has to be litigated in Canadian courts.
