A vampire's teeth falls out? I'm guessing this would make a comedy, because that's really the only genre I can see in the idea. (It's a bit hard to believe is all - vampires are immortal, right?) I like the idea of not being able to drink blood, but I think you need another reason. Maybe he's made human for 24 hours, and so he can't feast, because it's now murder? Hope that helps :)
Hey, Nat! Who is your vampire protagonist up against? Is it just poor hygiene? Also, a way I would spice it up is to phrase my logline in a "When this, then that" format. Add irony, too.
