That's nice. But not easy to put in an intire short logline.

You'll have multiples subplots and you couldn't give an arc to every characters.
The best is to concentrate on one or two characters of each genre (e.g. the one who as a crush with his/her colleague and must convince him/her to participate).

I think it would be a good idea not to forgot those who never take sides, they can be very funny (timid, hesitant, reluctant,...)

Like one of the characters who has a crush on a colleague they are just acquaintance, they have been pair to do sex their scene will be shoot in a few days the sexual tension keeps growing each day they decided to practice their sex but keeps interrupted by their work, friends,family etc. and the day of the shoot they release all the tension all people in set were stunned. characters who join porn how will they handle and fight the social conditions about pornography. Characters didn?t join insult, disrespect those who join porn. And few are being peer pressure to join porn

This seems to be a good setting for a multiple-heros comedy.

You can describe a range of funny characters with their different traits:
- Those who are shocked and complain,
- Those who want to participate
- Those who never take sides...

... And all the bickering this causes.

Am I true?

Is it a comedy with some coming of age/transformation effect a la "Zach and Miri make a porno"?
There is a French s?rie called Hard that uses the porno industry as a backdrop.
At the death of her husband, a widower learns that the so called Internet and media company her husband owned was in fact a porn company. Because of its current financial situation, she needs first to manage it and put it back on a better economic footing before selling it.
It's quite funny.

Is it something similar?
A fish out of water (nerdy guy, uptight woman, sexually frustrated wife, ...) suddenly striving in the industry while trying to keep it secret?
There is a lot of potential there, but the logline needs to allude to it.
Who is the protagonist?
How is he/she affected (for example a meek office manager with a domineering husband suddenly make more money as a talent scout)?
What is at risk if the secret is revealed (relationship with partner, loss of income, ...)?
The logline should also give us a sense of direction: comedy, drama?
