Is this a love story? I like the two Juxtapositions that find each other in the midst of life. This seems very interesting to me.

Like the contrast. Need to link the tragedies, so they share the same experience, not just the grief - maybe an overdose of a friend or family member. Casting Religion as an addiction is slippy slope!? :)
