    A female vampire who tracks down serial killers? — that’s your hook.? I suggest it could be a hook for a series, not just a feature film.? Each episode (or season) she pursues.? a different killer. (Of course there can be ghosts from the past to complicate her quest.)

    There is something here that would make a good story, it just needs a little bit of tidying. I think dpg struck something here. I think you?re referencing a serial kidnapper, or something akin to that. You just need to make that part a little more clear.
