Here's just the concept, not an actual logline
What if currency never existed ? but instead we had to trade memory's ? Our whole life's are basically memory's, we never live in the present. So what if, in the future, all of society traded in run down memory's, stored in banks. The higher class members of society are ridden with memory's. Then you have the lower class people, left to rot on the street with no memory's what so ever. There is a corrupt government which steals taxes of memory from you every month, and if you run out of memory's, you are taken in to cell 5, also known as shutdown to be 'rehabilitated'. If you want a loaf of bread that would cost you a mere memory of the last 5 minute road trip, new Aston martin ? that could cost you up to a months worth of memory's, even more. Many of you may look at this concept and think ''what a load of shit'' but it's still early days, as i'v only just started developing it. Any constructive criticism will be great !
Ok here's a new idea. Anthony (The self employed dealer) has little flashbacks hinting of his wifes murder. He believes that somebody shot her and stole the memory. Every night he searches the system 'cognition' to find the memory. One…

Do you mind if i expand on this idea ? I mean i think that would make a great story/film, but i'm going o expand on it instead of just copying your idea completely :)

I agree ! Great idea that is going to give me a ot of inspiration, not fair to completely steal that idea but it's an inspiring idea to go with my concept thanks !

A group of dysfunctional,Culturally diverse students hope to live the life of their dreams when they wake up to $100,000 worth of cash, Until they realize that not only are their passports missing, but their Straight A asian friend is mistaken as the Druglord. They must put their trust in the towns Party fool to find their passports and dodge the eye of the authority to get home safely. (I know this isn't perfect and is very long, so i'd appreciate any constructive criticism ! thanks )

There's A lot of internal quests in this story, Its a new idea so i still need to write it ! This logline is basically a plan for the basis of the story

An experienced psychologist is accused of the murder of an innocent girl when his only un-treated patient discovers a talent for art, and creates a piece depicting the scene, 2 weeks before the murder. His whole career depends on proving his innocence, innocence he believes his patient is far from. (I will post a synopsis explaining details soon, i'm still going through development, these are the first ideas)
By the way guys this story is far from predictable featuring many twists. As i'm still going through development a full synopsis will be posted at a later stage !

Character is there, Goal is there, But could you expand on what's stopping him reaching this goal ? Other than that this sounds interesting !

In the year 3024, Anthony Shaw is a reckless entrepreneur living in a society where the less money you have, the longer you live. After hacking into the system and inventing an illegal money tracker, he becomes the only man on earth to successfully lose his living- Which makes him not only the longest living man on earth, but the most wanted man in the Universe. Anthony now has to abandon earth and uncover the corrupt system to have a chance at surviving ( I know its a very long logline, that's why i'm posting in here to gain some advice)(This would be one of many Films)
