Originally it was going to be all three, but as I've been walking it through in my head, it's the straight guy, with the other two as supporting cast.
on After their house mysteriously burns down, killing their friend, two potheads start selling weed in present day Indiana to make ends meet, only find their supplier is a psychopath.

Is this a comedy or a drama? I can see this being a great "buddy-cop" style comedy, only with stoners instead of cops.

Or Kidnapped after his last defeat to his Superhero brother, super villain Abel is given the chance to be the hero, but he must do something he has never done: Defeat his brother who, on this world, is a tyrannical super villain who has shaped the world in his image.

It sounds like a good starting point, but you need to clarify it quite a bit. As it is, it's very confusing.
